These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NIFaucet. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules displayed for a specific service.
1. Account Eligibility and Accuracy
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Creating or operating accounts for fraud, abuse or circumvention of platform limits is prohibited.
2. Platform Services
NIFaucet may provide cryptocurrency rewards, NIFaucet-operated PTC campaigns, shortlinks, offerwalls, referral tools, advertisements and other promotional or earning features. Services may be changed, suspended or discontinued when necessary for security, compliance, provider availability or maintenance.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use bots, scripts, automated browsing, fake clicks, click exchanges, autosurf systems, proxy abuse, repeated manual activity intended to manipulate statistics, fraudulent referrals, false task submissions, account farming, unauthorized access, malware, phishing or other deceptive methods.
4. Third-Party Advertising
Users must interact with third-party advertisements only when genuinely interested. NIFaucet does not authorize users to generate artificial clicks or impressions. A third-party advertising unit that prohibits incentivized traffic must not be presented as a condition for receiving a NIFaucet reward.
5. Rewards, Balances and Payments
Displayed balances and rewards are subject to validation, security review, platform rules, minimum requirements and payment-provider availability. Invalid, duplicated, fraudulent or technically erroneous earnings may be corrected. Network and processor fees may apply where disclosed.
6. Cryptocurrency Risk
Cryptocurrency prices, networks and transaction fees can change rapidly. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. NIFaucet does not guarantee profit, exchange value, investment returns or the future availability of any asset, token, network or third-party provider.
7. External Services
Offerwalls, payment processors, advertising networks, wallets and external websites are independent services and may have their own terms and privacy policies. NIFaucet is not responsible for the content, availability or independent decisions of third-party services.
8. Suspension and Termination
NIFaucet may restrict, review or terminate accounts or campaigns when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms or comply with legal and provider requirements.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect service, security, legal or provider changes. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the current Terms where permitted by law.
