Advertising and Publisher Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy governs advertising placements, advertiser campaigns, publisher activity and traffic quality on NIFaucet. It is intended to protect users, advertisers and third-party advertising partners.

1. Genuine Traffic

Advertising impressions and clicks must come from real human visitors. Bots, automated clicks, artificial impressions, repeated self-clicking, click exchanges, autosurf systems, traffic-exchange manipulation, proxy or botnet abuse and scripts designed to falsify advertising statistics are prohibited.

2. No Forced or Incentivized Third-Party Ad Clicks

Users must never be forced, tricked or compensated specifically to click a third-party advertising unit when that advertising provider prohibits incentivized traffic. Third-party ads must be clearly separated from NIFaucet-operated reward campaigns. A visitor should click a third-party advertisement only because the advertisement is genuinely relevant or interesting to that visitor.

3. Clear Ad Placement

Third-party advertisements must be distinguishable from navigation, download buttons, account controls and reward claim buttons. Advertising must not be hidden, distorted, overlaid in a deceptive manner or presented as a required system action.

4. Ad Code Integrity

Third-party advertising code must not be altered in a way that manipulates tracking, impressions, clicks, advertiser performance or fraud-detection systems. Advertising code must be implemented according to the provider's instructions.

5. Popups, Redirects, Frames and Refreshing

Where an advertising provider prohibits popups, popunders, redirects, iframes or auto-refreshing, NIFaucet will not intentionally place that provider's ad units through those methods. Third-party ad units must not be automatically refreshed merely to increase impressions.

6. Advertising Density

NIFaucet aims to keep advertising readable and non-disruptive. When a third-party network specifies a maximum number of visible ad blocks, placements must follow that network's limit.

7. Advertiser Content Standards

Advertisers must not submit malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive financial claims, illegal products or services, hate content, sexual exploitation, unauthorized copyrighted material, fake system warnings, forced downloads or misleading redirects.

8. Cryptocurrency and Financial Promotions

Crypto and financial advertisements must not make false or guaranteed-profit claims. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their offers and for complying with rules that apply in the jurisdictions they target.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

NIFaucet may review traffic, campaign activity and advertising placement for fraud, abuse, security or policy violations. Invalid activity may be excluded from statistics, and campaigns or accounts may be restricted where necessary.

10. Third-Party Network Rules

Where NIFaucet displays advertisements supplied by an external network, the stricter applicable requirement between this policy and that network's placement and traffic rules should be followed for those ad units.
